Rachelle focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, business transactional work and business planning. Her practice areas include estate planning, probate and trust administrations, entity formation and dissolution, sales agreements, lease agreements (particularly in the agricultural field), easements, tenants in common agreements, gifting and business succession planning. She became a certified specialist in 2018 in the field of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. She is on the board of Second Harvest Food Bank of the Greater Valley. She is also a Past President of the Stanislaus Estate Planning Council.
She received the designation of a Northern California Rising Star 2019 through 2022 by Super Lawyers.
She earned her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in business and tax. She is a member of Traynor’s Honor Society and Phi Kappa Phi Honor’s Society. Rachelle earned an MBA at the University of the Pacific. After receiving her MBA she worked at Pulte Homes, a national home developer in their finance department. She helped manage multiple large projects involving budgets of over $200 million. Rachelle earned her bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance from CSU Stanislaus.
She is a native Escalonian who is now a Riponite. She loves to travel and is always planning the next trip. She enjoys reading, movies, art and getting together with friends. She plays the piano and the harp.
